Empowering people of all ages to embrace their own, unique healing potential, while giving them the tools needed to support them on their individual paths.

Offering a variety of services, including: Holistic Hoopshops™, Holistic Hoopology™ courses, hoopdance classes, fire hoop playshops, private lessons, & teacher trainings. We provide flow tool demonstrations, ‘flow tool play environments’, and various performances (duets/solos/group shows) with an assortment of tools, specializing in hoops.
Participating in Festivals, Fairs, Expos, Private Events, Public Shows, Retreats, Special Occasions and Gatherings of all kinds.

-Holistic Hoop™- our trademark hoops, lovingly created by the crafty hands of the Holistic Hooping crew. Each one is infused with a combination of healing ingredients consisting of an array of crystals, stones, minerals, herbs, essential oils, and handwritten affirmations.
Our selection: The first-timers “I Can Do It!” Hoop™, (made in children’s sizes as well), Ground Hoop™ (represents Earth), Fly Hoop™(represents Air), Flow Hoop™ (represents Water), Flex Fire Hoop™ (real fire hoop), Kundalini Hoop™, Descending Chakras™ Hoop, Ascending Chakras™ Hoop, The 7-Chakra™ Hoops (Root, Belly, Solar, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown) and the Mayan Hoops™.
-Just a Hoop™- un-taped or lightly taped hoops with no infusions inside, made for those that want a regular practice hoop with ‘none of the special stuff’. This gives someone the option to have; a hoop without the healing ingredients, one that they can creatively decorate themselves, and will be most cost effective. (Made in children’s sizes as well.)
-Gemini Hoops™- created to move together, Castor and Pollux are two ‘matching’ hoops; the same size, weight and tape job. They are made without the ingredients inside and are created out of ‘lighter’ tubing for easy maneuverability during twin hooping.
-Flex Fire Hoop™- ‘the original’ flexible spine fire hoop, designed and thoroughly tested to absorb impact during contact with other surfaces. This flexible-spined design is a tried and true ‘winner’ with no broken spines to date! They come in your choice of color, size, spine length, and the hoop can be solid or collapsible with push-button connectors. Choose from our pre-made selection or custom-make your very own!
-Illumihoop™- LED light hoops, light-weight and made to last! Chromatherapy in a hoop- you can choose a solid color, a color combination, or rainbow color changing LEDs, energized for your nighttime pleasure. Complete with wall and car charger for plug-in power, you never have to open the hoop to change and throw away batteries! Comes in solid and collapsible forms (made with push button connectors).
