Our heaviest hoop intended for connecting with the natural flow of water. Perfect for increased abdominal exercise to strengthen the core. Beginners tend to gravitate towards this hoop, because once this hoop is in motion, the centrifugal force of the water tends to keep it moving on its’ own.
