DIAMETER OF THE HOOP- Choose your preferred outside diameter (O.D.): standard sizes are 38-inch (small), 40-inch (medium), or 42-inch (large), or we can custom make any size you want.

NUMBER OF SPINES- Choose from our standard 5 or 6-spined hoop (or custom order the number of spines you want- 3, 4, 7, 8).

SPINE LENGTH- Standard Flex Spine™ length is 6-inches
(We do offer 4-inch spines for seasoned fire hoopers, a short interview is required before we will custom make this size spine).

SOLID OR COLLAPSIBLE- You can choose from our standard ‘solid’ hoop or the ‘collapsible’ hoop made with aluminum ‘push-button’ connectors. These connectors are safe, secure, and easy-to-use, with no extraneous plastic pieces to loose. When collapsed down, they can easily fit into a yoga mat bag for ease in travel.

COLLAPSIBLES- You must choose how many pieces your Flex Fire Hoop will collapse into. Typically the standard 5-spined hoop will collapse into 5-pieces, but a 6-spined hoop can collapse into 6 or 3 pieces- you decide.

Note: Elastic Band option- For an additional $5, a collapsible fire hoop has the option of having an elastic band stretched inside the tubing to hold all of the pieces together, (kind of like a tent pole). Please specify during your order if you would like the band included.

COLOR OF THE HOOP- COLOR OF THE HOOP- Give us 3-4 tape color choices to work with, one of them should be a reflective/holographic/sparkle/glitter tape, the other 2-3 are color choices from the cloth tape selection.

You may choose reflective/holographic/sparkle/glitter tape colors from: red, orange, dark green, UV green, dark blue, sky blue, dark purple, UV pink, black, silver or gold.

You may choose cloth tape colors from: red, UV orange, yellow, UV yellow, dark green, UV green, dark blue, blue, purple, turquoise, UV pink, burgundy, gray, black, white or brown.

WICKS- The type of wicks that come attached to the Flex Spines™ are called ‘Hybrid Pumpkin Wicks’. These wicks are NOT made with any adhesives, screws, or pins to hold them together. Made with Kevlar sewn into a pumpkin shape and stuffed with cotton, these hybrids soak up more fuel than the typical ‘sushi roll’, resulting in a longer, brighter burn.

WEIGHT- These hoops vary in weight depending on your above choices. The more spines you have, the more weight there is. Spines with wicks attached weight in at 33g! The collapsible hoops tend to be a bit heavier than the solid hoops due to the aluminum connectors. Although, when ordering a solid hoop, for an extra charge of $10 you may choose to get a ‘lighter’ hoop created with our lightweight tubing (collapsibles already come with the ‘lightweight’ tubing).

Then, collapse it all down to take it anywhere with you, even on that overseas flight!

The Flight Hoop consists of ordering the Illumihoop™ of your choice and then adding the number of spines you want. Each spine is an additional $25 on top of the Illumihoop price.
