Provided once or twice a month in a new area, these Hoopshops are 3-hour intensives that introduce Holistic Hooping’s Hoopology, including; terminology, movement, form, theories and philosophies.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced Hoopshops (a.k.a. ‘Hoopdance Playshops’) will focus on the concepts and movements appropriate for individual’s skill levels.

-The first two hours will include a spiral meditation and hoop yoga warm-up, a hoop moves demo, a trick-learning and movement combination session, and a free flow hoop trance dance.
-During the third hour we will integrate movement with theory, with a focus on understanding the philosophies of Holistic Hoopology in order to deeply connect with our own unique flow.

-All three hours will expand your knowledgebase of hooping in general as well as how it can help you on your path to increased happiness and enhanced well-being.
