Just as the serpantine energy of kundalini will sit coiled at the base of the spine and will then open and move up the body, this hoop will coil down onto itself and then open back up again.

When taken apart at the connection point and coiled down, it reduces to half its’ original size for easy storage and travel.
Can fit into a suitcase or strap easily onto a backpack.
